Digioh’s integration with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud pushes updates in real-time. As soon as someone clicks a button on your survey, Digioh passes their identity and survey response straight into Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Salesforce to update their record. Digioh can automatically capture email addresses in a variety of ways including: email merge tag parameters in your email newsletters, local storage, user accounts for logged in visitors, and form submissions anywhere on your site.
Digioh offers a variety of widget types that you can use to create your surveys. Choose a lightbox, a sidebar that swings in from the side, or a banner that’s positioned at the top or bottom of your site. You can also use a full-screen interstitial if you want to take an aggressive approach to collecting survey responses. You can take over the entire website with a full-screen takeover.
You can also personalize survey questions or content. Digioh allows you to target very specific actions on your site with specific survey questions. And you can also dynamically change the images, the text, and the calls to action. In the toy website example above, a visitor is viewing a stuffed animal, so you can display a stuffed animal product recommendation quiz.
You can also personalize based on a URL parameter or a data field in Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud. All that data can be pushed and pulled from both systems in real time. For example, you could target a data field of interest in Sales Cloud. Digioh will then display your survey to people who meet your targeting criteria on your website, in real time.
Display your surveys at the right time and place
With powerful targeting options, you can display your surveys at exactly the right time. For example, you can show a post-purchase survey to request feedback right after checkout.
Alternatively, you can present a cart survey when a visitor exits without making a purchase. Survey them to find out what you can do better, so you can make improvements.
Or, you can display surveys by time spent on page. If they idle on the cart page for over 10 seconds, trigger a cart abandonment question asking why they haven’t made a purchase.
Digioh enables you to react in real time to survey responses. For example, if you ask “How likely are you to recommend us?” responses are passed to Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud in real-time. Digioh can trigger a new task or a Journey based on each response. If it’s only a one or a two, you can trigger an email saying, “Hey, how can we help you?”
If it’s a 10, you can ask for a review. Or you could say, “Hey, these are some other additional items that you might like”.
With previous tools there was no feedback loop back to Marketing Cloud or back to Sales Cloud.
